Bryter Moon
Located on the ground floor of the pretty Silver Arcade in the middle of Leicester, Bryter Moon Deli is a good place to stop for a bite to eat or to pick up some high-quality food and drink that you won’t find in any supermarket. The produce here – much of it locally sourced – will satisfy even the pickiest connoisseur.
Inside you’ll find speciality bread, antipasti, cheeses, speciality meats, chutneys and jams, amazing nibbles, sauces and spices, gourmet chocolates, oils and vinegar and superb homemade cakes. There’s also a fine array of Leicestershire wines, beers and ciders.
Meanwhile, the seating area is stylish but feels relaxed, containing a pleasing jumble of vintage furniture. It’s a great place to chill out with a freshly-ground coffee and homemade cake (or maybe a local craft beer and a delightful deli wrap, sandwich, bagel or salad… the list goes on). As you admire the view, it’s clear that you’re in an independent deli rather than a chain, which adds to its appeal.
