Manor Farm Cookery School’s latest Monday ‘Cookery Club’ series starts on Monday May 8, 2017, and runs till June 12.

Attendees get to enjoy five weekly sessions either on Monday morning (10am-1pm) or Monday evening (6pm-9pm) at Manor Farm Cookery School, Branston, near Grantham.

This series focuses on local seasonal produce, and recipes can be adapted to suit vegetarians. The five Monday sessions take place on May 8, 15 & 22 and June 5 & 12. Each session begins with a welcome from chef and a short demonstration, followed by hands-on cooking where students cook the dish themselves. Tutoring is available at the unique level required by each person. To finish each lesson, you’ll eat some of what’s been cooked, with complimentary drinks, making sure that there is a dish to take home to show off and share. Recipes and ingredients are provided.

The cost is £45 per session or £200 for the full course of five sessions. New members have the option of joining the group for the first session and then taking up the full course discount fee by paying the remaining £155 by the second session. This option is ideal for those who are unsure of the level of skill required and the range of recipes.
