Manor Farm Cookery School has opened in Branston, Leicestershire, offering a range of courses.
Cookery courses will particularly focus on kitchen novices: men who have never turned on an oven, for example, or new chalet cooks who need to cater for hungry hoards. Students can also learn how to feed themselves cheaply and nutritionally.
More experienced cooks will have access to specialist teachers to train in international food styles and to improve their skills and techniques.
