Beer Club Live launches series of pub events

Published on May 29, 2015

Following the success of the weekly #BeerClub on Twitter, Leicestershire’s Everards Brewery and There’s A Beer For That are launching the first ever Beer Club Live events. We’re excited about this at Great Food Club because we’ll be at the events too.

Starting on Wednesday June 3 at The Rutland & Derby in Leicester, the ticketed beer and food matching events aim to take you on a guided journey through the world of beer and food in the comfort of your local pub.

With bookings available in pub, the four events will follow the below themes each Wednesday from 6.30pm:

June 3 – BBQ and Beer at The Rutland & Derby, Leicester
June 10– Beer Day Britain at The Wheatsheaf, Dallington
June 10 – Afternoon Tea with Many a Twist at The Black Horse, Aylestone
June 24 – Beer for Wine Lovers at The Church, Birmingham

Erika Hardy, head of marketing at Everards, said: “Everards are really excited to be launching the first of the Beer Club Live events and supporting this great campaign to re-ignite the nation’s love of beer. Our licensees are looking forward to putting on four great events in their pubs and giving each event its own twist. Tickets are already selling fast!”

Tickets will be affordably priced and advertised by the pubs involved and will include all food and beer matching for the evening. The evening will be hosted by an Everards beer expert together with great guests from the beer and food world (including Great Food Club), who will showcase the craft behind beer, the diverse range of styles and the versatility of beer with great food.

Contact the pubs directly to book your tickets! Hope to see you there!
