Mark started front-of-house aged 15, working part-time as a waiter in a hotel in Chester, then moving into the kitchen to learn his trade. After seven years at the renowned Midsummer House in Cambridge, in 2008 Mark took his first position as head chef of Alimentum, taking over the business in 2010.
With friendly and informative staff, expect seasonal cooking cooking of the highest order!
The £35 set lunch of three courses, which includes a glass of great-quality wine, coffee and delicious homemade petit fours – and on our visit two amuse-bouches and a pre-dessert – offers fantastic value for money in a fine-quality restaurant!
