Belle House Restaurant
Owned by experienced chef Steve Waites, Belle House is a popular fine-dining restaurant and deli located on the main street of the Worcestershire market town of Pershore.
First established in 2003, the 80-cover restaurant is situated in an old fire station. Under the same roof is Belle House’s own deli, where you can buy delightful produce plus delicious dishes produced in the kitchen as part of Belle House’s ‘kitchen to table’ project.
The restaurant has been designed to retain many of the building’s original features, which contributes to the relaxed and comfortable feel. The front-of-house team is friendly, efficient and approachable.
Head chef Steve has worked with some well-known names such as Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir and Marco Pierre White at The Restaurant (Hyde Park). He uses his enviable experience to great effect via his hands-on approach.
The kitchen team uses the best locally sourced ingredients where possible, reflecting seasonality and availability. The menus change regularly and display a Mediterranean influence.
Whilst Belle House has grown and diversified over time – it now has an events catering arm, supplying a number of prestigious venues – everything centres on the high quality food produced in the kitchen.
