Chase Distillery & Farm Shop
Chase Distillery is a family-owned, single-estate distillery that has been creating fine spirits since 2008 from produce grown on the farm.
The distillery uses King Edward and Lady Claire potatoes along with cider apples, grown for Williams Gin and Naked Chase Apple Vodka.
Owner William Chase is a proud Herefordian and an enthusiastic advocate of the provenance of Chase Vodka and Williams Gin, believing that the rich, red Hereford soil and their single-estate mentality have led to their spirits being named ‘The World’s Best’.
Historically Will farmed potatoes, supplying supermarkets as a commodity but decided he wanted more. His first business, Tyrrell’s (which has since been sold) was born. Subsequently his thoughts turned to vodka, leading to the launch of Chase Vodka. This is made using a six-step production process on the farm (having the distillery located on the farm allows the team to monitor each stage rigorously).
You can visit the farm, take a tour to learn more about the production process, and visit the Williams Chase Farm Shop, where you can get expert advice, enjoy fascinating features and learn more about their sustainable approach to farming.
The product range is fabulous and the brand provenance is a story in itself. You can now find Chase products in some of the world’s top bars. What’s not to love?
