Crush Foods from north Norfolk produce premium rapeseed oil and much more besides, including salad dressings, sauces, egg-free mayonnaise and gluten-free granola.
Operating since 2010, they use only Norfolk-grown rapeseed oil in their products as they firmly believe in supporting local growers. Crush Foods’ rapeseed oil is cold-pressed on-site and then triple-filtered, which makes it extra light and gives it a crystal clear golden yellow colour. All Crush products are produced in Salle, Norfolk, by a small, dedicated team who ensure high standards. Rapeseed oil contains half the saturated fat of extra-virgin olive oil and is high in Omegas 3, 6 and 9.
As well as the original cold-pressed rapeseed oil, Crush now offer a range of infused oils including smoked chipotle chilli, garlic, and “feisty” chilli. You’ll also enjoy the incredibly flavoursome lemongrass, garlic, ginger & chilli stir fry oil. Crush dressings and sauces include a tangy honey and mustard sauce, a zingy lemon dressing, and a honey and balsamic dipping oil. There’s egg-free (vegan friendly) mayo too: garlic and chipotle.
They have also developed an exceptional selection of gluten-free granola, including honey, apple & cranberry, and chocolate & hazelnut granola.
