Flori Bakery is a small-batch, organic, Scandinavian-style bakery in York. Run by Lotte the Baker (formerly based at Spark:York), she bakes from scratch throughout the day.
Lotte previously worked at Bageri Petrus in Stockholm, which is famous for its cinnamon buns. So it’s no surprise her kanelbullar (cinnamon buns) and other Scandi small-batch cakes are beautifully made and delicious. She also uses local allotment produce in her buns and cakes. Her dream is to develop her micro-bakery and find it a permanent home.
