Juni Restaurant, Bar & Gin Lab
Juni is a restaurant, bar and gin school in Nottingham city centre. It was launched by the founders of Juni 93 gin, which is distilled using juniper grown in Serbia’s Žiča mountains.
The bar/restaurant’s menu reflects the gin’s origin. It serves intriguing and tasty small plates such as Balkan Bean Pot, Cevapi, Spinach & Cheese Burek, and Bigos (slow-cooked belly pork, sausage & sauerkraut in a tomato, juniper and apple sauce).
The ‘gin lab’ is located at the back of the restaurant, where guests can distil their own gin on mini stills and take their own bottle home with them.
As well as being a fantastic bar and restaurant, this is also Nottingham’s first gin school. It’s a great addition to the city.
