L’amuse-Bouche at The Cotford Hotel is a fine-dining restaurant offering French-style cuisine within the walls of a beautiful Victorian Gothic-style building. It holds two AA rosettes and features in the Michelin Guide.
The Cotford Hotel is set in mature, landscaped gardens at the foot of the Malvern Hills and is owned and run by husband and wife Chris and Barbara Morgan. Barbara looks after guests front of house, while Chris is the talented head chef. Excellent service is second nature to them and they see their hotel as a home away from home for their guests.
Chris has worked in some of the world’s best hotels and has developed his own unique brand of creative cooking, heading up a team of talented chefs and using only fresh, locally sourced and organic ingredients where possible.
The local suppliers they use are selected because of the quality of their produce, and the menu is based on traditional French cooking with a modern twist, influenced by people who Chris has worked with, including his mentor Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.
