Lauren Loves

Lauren Loves started in 2016, when founder Lauren Tibbetts recognised a need to create greater awareness and understanding about the complexities of living with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Often considered an undesirable topic of conversation, Lauren Loves set out to eliminate the stigmas associated with this increasingly common digestive disorder with a unique range of low FODMAP sauces. FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides and Polyols – short-chain carbohydrates that are incompletely absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract and can be easily fermented by gut bacteria.

Handmade in her parents’ kitchen at home, Lauren prepares and packages every jar of these unrefined and refreshingly natural sauces from scratch. Low in FODMAP but full in flavour, the tomato pasta sauce is a delicious alternative for those suffering from digestive intolerances such as IBS and coeliac disease.

What’s more, the expanding series will also include a Thai Green Curry and a Jalfrezi Sauce. These can easily be substituted into recipes as a nutritious base for comfort-food favourites.

Lauren Loves also seek to celebrate their feel-good approach to living with IBS by sharing weekly recipes and advice on their website and blog. So, whether you’re an established dieter looking for inspiration or a newfound follower of a low FODMAP lifestyle, Lauren Loves offers a stress-free and supportive solution to eating and feeling better every day.

FinallySo refreshing to see someone finally understanding the day to day struggle that between nourishing your body as a foodie and living with IBS. Sometimes it can feel like a whole part of your food freedom and enjoyment has been completely closed off. A fantastic concept considering digestive problems are now becoming more and more prevalent in more and more people. Fantastic! Keep it up Lauren.
