Madam & Adam
Madam & Adam is a little gem of an independent restaurant located in Hereford city centre. It benefits from a fantastic setting next to the River Wye. The food is excellent and offers something a little bit different.
The concept is similar to tapas, in as much as it serves small plates, but they are fine-dining style, best described as starter sized. You can choose to order a selection of plates for the table to share, or simply order for yourself. The options are all very different and designed to take your taste buds on a journey, expressing their individual flavours and textures beautifully.
The restaurant is bright and airy with simple décor, offering fine dining without the formality. The food is exquisitely cooked and presented. Madam & Adam is a delight and a great place to spend an evening.
When we visited we found that a couple of dishes each was enough and still left room for a sumptuous dessert, which mirrored the main course for quality and presentation. All the dishes were interesting. We particularly enjoyed the crab salad and wood pigeon dishes.
Madam & Adam is a must-visit fine-dining venue in Hereford and offers a top experience. Just book and go – you won’t be disappointed.
