Melton Charcuterie is an artisan producer based near the UK’s ‘Rural Capital of Food’, Melton Mowbray. Paul Miller founded the business in 2018. From his unit on the family pig farm, he makes a superb range of charcuterie including Coppa, Guanciale, Salami, Pastrami and Pancetta.
Paul selects pigs from the farm’s herd. Then he salts, seasons, cures and smokes the pork to create a delicious array of cured meats.
Melton Charcuterie is a genuine farm-to-fork producer that makes the most of local, Leicestershire pork. The proof is in the eating of course, and we can testify that it goes well beyond all reasonable doubt. It’s absolutely delicious!
