Located next to the award-winning pub The Stag & Hounds, Baz Parish’s Parish Brewery at Burrough on the Hill is the second-oldest microbrewery in Britain. His beers are classic English cask ales including Burrough bitter and P.S.B, and served in the pub next door. However, his most famous brew is probably Baz’s Super Brew, which made the Guinness Book of Records for its strength (23%ABV).
If you’d like to enjoy some of Baz’s brews at home, you can order directly from Baz via email or get Baz’s Bonce Blower online from ThirstBourne – we’re guessing that it does what it says on the bottle. It’s not as strong as the Super Brew, but at 12%ABV you might just want the one!
