Pips Herefordshire Cider
Pips Herefordshire Cider is an award-winning family-owned craft cider producer based in the fabulous Golden Valley. It makes traditional ciders from a blend of seven varieties of bittersweet and bitter-sharp cider apples grown on the family farm and harvested by hand from October to December. The ciders contain 100% apple juice with no colourings or flavourings, thereby appealing to discerning cider drinkers and complementing good food perfectly.
Pips are PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) accredited, which guarantees authenticity, helps to preserve traditional cider recipes and means their products can legally be described as “Herefordshire Ciders”.
You can buy Pips Cider in 750ml or 330ml bottles, either Dry, Medium or Sweet. With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of approximately 7.5%, they are a great alternative to wine and the celebration range can even be personalised for your special day.
