The Circle Eatery, Beeston
The Circle Eatery in Beeston is the sister restaurant of The Circle Eatery in Bingham which opened in 2013.
Focusing on key staples including pizza (at its centre is a custom-built oven) all of which are freshly-made with dough that has been allowed to ferment for 48 hours and is then hand-stretched and cooked at 400c. The special oven cooks pizzas in under a minute!
As with the Bingham restaurant, brunch is a big deal and is served until 3pm so it’s a good spot for catching up with friends after a nice lie-in. Choose from Circle’s own breakfast made with locally-sourced meat and bread from Welbeck Abbey. Vegetarians and vegans have plenty of options for brunch and dinner also.
The milkshakes are more like desserts with the Lotus Biscoff flavour being one of the most popular. A must for those with a really sweet tooth!
