The Clawson Kitchen
The Clawson Kitchen is a charming independent village café and community hub in the heart of Stilton country.
The food is well-priced, tasty and homemade – you’ll find a range of breakfast options including the traditional Full English. Fancy some lunch? How about the special Ploughmans or Stilton (from Long Clawson Dairy, naturally), pear and ham roll?
The owners have a long association with Long Clawson village and have resurrected a local tradition: they use the recipe for Bailey’s Pork Pies of Long Clawson that dates back more than 100 years. The resulting pork pies are a must-try.
Celebration cakes are also a speciality if you’re looking for a unique way to mark an occasion – just pop in for a chat or give them a call to discuss your requirements.
