The Inn at Welland
The family-owned Inn at Welland has built a reputation as a destination for lovers of great food and drink and is recognised by the Michelin Guide, Good Food Guide, Good Pub Guide, Open Table and Sawday’s. It won Good Pub Guide Worcestershire Dining Pub of the Year 2015.
The business is built on owners David and Gillian Pinchbeck’s simple ethos “to deliver great quality classic food and drink, sourcing fresh products locally”. Their philosophy comes across strongly and it’s clear they also pay great attention to detail. “We like to offer value for money and aim to attract style conscious diners with discerning appetites,” they say.
Menus change regularly and dishes are prepared from scratch using fresh, local produce by a team of talented chefs who all share the owners’ vision and passion for quality food.
Al fresco diners can linger over lazy lunches or evening suppers in the terraced gardens, while later in the year it’s still possible to enjoy drinks outside thanks to the external fireplace under the glazed veranda, using cosy wool blankets to keep out the cold.
You will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, stylish and comfortable décor, and warm and friendly staff. For special occasions you can dine in private in the library-themed room, accommodating up to 12 people.
