The Pudding Parlour

The Pudding Parlour offers a warm welcome to visitors who pop in for homemade treats, both sweet and savoury. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shop itself is quite small with just a handful of tables, so our advice is to plan to call in to buy some treats and stop for a coffee if there is a spare table.

The Pudding Parlour sells such a wide array of desserts that it is hard to choose but we would recommend the brownies. They are just as brownies should be: crispy on the outside and gooey in the centre. The salted caramel brownie certainly does not disappoint.

Before you leave, take a look in the tall dessert fridge near the back of the shop – it is heaving with delicious cakes and desserts.

If you are in need of a dessert or cake to celebrate a special occasion, The Pudding Parlour can help. They have display cakes around the shop that show off their decorating skills and are always happy to chat about what you need.

The Pudding Parlour is open Tuesday to Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-4pm, and closed Sunday and Monday.

  1. Pippa Wright says:
The BEST browniesI found this lovely lady at the Vintage & Handmade fair in Milton Keynes today. I bought 4 brownies, as I just could not make my mind up; Salted caramel, Malteser, Fudge & Old Faithful. The fudge one was so good I had to go back & tell her how flipping yummy it was! That perfect balance of chocolatey gooeyness that a true brownie should have. Hubs & I have just sat down with a cup of tea (not that I need an excuse) to try the others & they are all delicious! Definitely worth a detour
