The Shack Revolution
Pizza, beers, cocktails and a large shot of fun. That’s the essence of The Shack Revolution. The brainchild of the Manning brothers, James and Rich, the pair opened their Herefordshire restaurant following the great success they experienced catering at large events around the country.
‘Shack’ provides a great space in which to have a good time, socialise and eat well – it’s unfussy with a lively atmosphere. The pizzas are cooked in wood-fired ovens – my favourite is the Meat Feast which includes pulled pork, Herefordshire ham, Suffolk salami, mozzarella, peppers and BBQ sauce. When it comes to drinks there’s plenty of choice too – cocktails, sours, real ales and local ciders. Why not try a spiced rum sour?
All Shack pizzas and a few other of its dishes can be made gluten-free on request. It is probably best to book but they do cater for walk-ins too.
