The new proprietor of a derelict country pub – The Hercules – in Sutton Cheney, west Leics, wants the opinions of Great Food readers on what makes a great English country dining pub.
He would like to listen to your feedback and use it to inform the design and concept of his new hostelry.
In doing so you will be entered into a competition to win a meal for two, including a bottle of wine, at the rejuvenated pub.
The Hercules Revived in Sutton Cheney opens in November 2012 so we’ll reveal how your suggestions have been incorporated here and in Great Food magazine at a later date.
