May Seasonal Supper Club | Knife, Fork & Spooner
Chef Simon Spooner’s May Supper Club will be a celebration of beautiful spring ingredients. As the evenings get lighter and produce becomes more abundant, he will be serving four courses of seasonal locally sourced food.
Simon says: “If we are lucky we may even manage to have drinks and canapés in our vegetable garden before you sit down! As always the menu will be devised based on the best ingredients that I can find. The evening, hosted in our old barn in Ketton, is BYO.”
