This six-course dinner will be hosted by Angelo Cotugno of Puglia’s San Marzano Wine Co-operative, and local wine supplier Marcus Welford, co-founder of The Olive Branch.
We’ll discover six wonderful wines of Puglia, from beautiful, bold Primitivos and light refreshing Spumantes. Angelo will guides us, explaining the styles, grape varietes and wine-making methods.
Our head chef Luke Holland has created a seasonal menu to match the wines’ individual characteristics.
