Two Chimps Coffee School | Oakham

Our free coffee school evenings start with an introduction to speciality coffee. We will discuss what it is, how it’s grown, processed and ethically sourced.

This is followed by a live roasting demonstration with a step by step explanation of the roast and the roast profiles that we use, along with how we control the roast during the process.

We finish off the evening with a mini brewing workshop in our tasting room. At this stage, we will talk about grind sizes, brewing devices and brewing ratios to help you achieve consistently good coffee at home.
