Hambleton Bakery – part of local hotelier Tim Hart’s business – has opened a franchise outlet in Oundle.
The bakery specialises in artisan loaves baked with traditional ingredients and already has existing shops in Oakham, Stamford and Exton. All Hambleton’s bread is baked in a wood-fired oven in Exton.
The new Oundle shop will be located at 44 Jericho, just off Market Place.
