Inside Fumo, Birmingham’s newest restaurant

Fumo, part of the highly successful San Carlo group of restaurants, opened in the centre of Birmingham on June 8.

It serves Cicchetti – Venetian tapas – and is an impressive fusion of cocktail bar and ultra-stylish eatery. The food is moreish, varied and delicious. Italian tapas really does work fantastically well.

The interior is beautifully styled and ultra-modern. Even the Dyson Air Blade hand-dryers match the colour scheme.
