Secret Diner Tip: The Countryman, Selston, Notts

I’ve recently returned to The Countryman in Selston, Nottinghamshire. I’ve been a few times before and each time my husband and I visit they treat you as if it’s your first. But what really makes it for us is that you have your own waitress/waiter throughout your visit and nothing is too much trouble.

I had sea bass, which was cooked beautifully, really tasty and served with unlimited veg/salad/potatoes. I really cannot recommend this pub and restaurant enough. There’s a gluten-free menu too.
