A Melton Mowbray recommendation with a difference

I’ve just worked my way through several chocolate Easter eggs. They were lying around and when you’re tired and hungry… well… will power evaporates, doesn’t it? I’ve also probably been enjoying one too many pies, cheeses and beers. It’s a hazard of the job. Delicious? Yes. Tight jeans? Yes, although not half as tight as they could be…

This isn’t your regular Great Food Club recommendation. In this post I’m recommending my local gym, Primal Fitness on Charlotte Street in Melton Mowbray. Primal haven’t paid me to write this, I just think they’re brilliant and believe that if you enjoy your food and drink, it’s a good idea to ‘balance the books’. If you do you can enjoy your food and drink even more.

If you’re thinking of starting some regular exercise, my advice is to call Primal Fitness. Adam who runs Primal is relaxed, never does that shouty thing that some gym instructors do, and loves good food and drink. His gym is brilliant, too – welcoming to everyone, non-judgemental, spacious, independent, nicely designed and well kitted out.

Call Primal on 07841 638008 and tell Adam you’re from Great Food Club. He’ll look after you…
