Bread Making Masterclass | The Olive Branch at Clipsham

A morning of hands-on tuition with our head chef Luke Holland, learning how to make various styles & flavours of fresh bread from scratch.
The day starts at 9am with a chat over a coffee and pastries, before being taken through to ‘The Barn’ and introduced to your ingredients. You will wield the spoon and mixing bowls under expert tuition, working your way through all the different skills required by an expert baker.
After a morning of mixing, kneading, and baking, you have the option of partaking in a two-course lunch light lunch (or something more substantial if you prefer), showcasing some of the items you’ll have created that morning. After lunch, you are free to leave or check-in and stay at Beech House. All the wonderful produce from your morning’s work will be labelled and ready for you to take home, along with recipe notes to impress.
