Baker’s Dozen Brewing Co

Baker’s Dozen Brewing Co is a two-person microbrewery in Rutland and was set up in 2015 by Jill and Dean Baker. Both previously worked in the pub industry and were keen to brew the kind of beers they loved. And, as it happens, lots of other people love them – in 2022, their beer Undertow, was SIBA’s East Region Overall Winner of the Keg Competition. SIBA is the Society of Independent Brewers so they certainly know a good beer!

The beer list changes often, but, at the time of writing, brews include: Cuthbert’s Fee – a citra pale ale; Magic Potion #37 Comets and Cryo Columbus – a pale session beer; the classic pale and fruit Stamford Pale and Electric Landlady – a single hopped Mosaic pale ale.

You can order beers online via the website or keep your eye on Baker’s Dozen’s social media to see where they will be popping up next and go along and see the brews – and their brewers – in person.
