Sushi and Salad, Stamford
The first Sushi and Salad opened in Ely in 2020, and two years later, founder Juliana and the team spread their wings and launched in Stamford. The restaurant came to our attention when a GFC member got in touch to recommend it, saying: “We went with two vegan friends. When we were able to bring ourselves to tuck into such beauty, the food was delicious. We had fantastic katsu tofu and vegetable teriyaki. The desserts were also special with superb ice cream and rounded off with green tea.”
Juliana says: “My background inspires the food we serve at Sushi and Salad. Being brought up in San Paulo, home to nearly two million Japanese people, Japanese food is in my blood. I was brought up eating, making and serving this delicious cuisine for most of my life – I love it.”
