Wharf Distillery makes spirits, liqueurs, aperitifs and traditional ciders in small batches from raw ingredients.
Their creations include single malt Fyr Drenc (a spirit crafted using barley malts and triple distilled in Wharf Distillery’s pot stills), and Long Apple – an apple brandy flavoured with fresh apple juice, nominated in the New Local Drink category at the Carlsberg Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards.
Wharf Distillery was named Great Food Club’s Drink Producer of the Year 2018/19.
