Wharf Distillery is a small-batch copper-pot distillery in Towcester, South Northants, crafting whisky, grain spirits, apple brandy, gin, vodka, and rum, plus a small range of liqueurs and aperitifs. Specialising in grain-to-glass production, the distillery uses locally sourced apples, and partners with local breweries to mash grain for their whisky.
You can order online or buy in person from their shop. The Distillery Shop & Bar is open Saturdays 10am until 2pm, so you can enjoy any of their spirits while doing a bit of shopping. Or weekdays the shop is typically open from 10am-4pm. Please do call ahead before dropping in to make sure, just in case everyone is out making deliveries.
Wharf Distillery offers a contract and private label service for businesses wishing to have their own branded spirits. Most notably, the distillery produces a gin exclusively for the world-renowned Bletchley Park – home of the codebreakers. Email for more information.
