Hazel Paterson from Melton Mowbray creates unique dishes for Great Food Magazine that are published under the heading ‘Recipes from Wyldelight Kitchen’.

On Friday June 15 she appeared on Ben Jackson’s Food Friday Show on BBC Radio Leicester, sharing a recipe for Fathers’ Day – a Rum and Ginger Chocolate Trifle.
