The food was prepared by Mauro for a recipe that appears in the spring issue of Great Food. As you can see, Mauro and Fabio aren’t holding back before tasting their pasta! San Carlo on Granby Street is an energetic restaurant that’s always abuzz with Italian waiters and diners having a good time. The service is excellent and it’s a life-affirming place to visit – a real taste of Italy.
