Nottingham’s restaurant scene never stands still, and this week it welcomes an exciting new addition: Skein, opening in Hockley on Thursday, February 13.
Describing itself as offering “fine(ish) dining”, Skein brings a fresh and playful approach to Nottingham’s dining scene. Its menu promises to be in constant rotation, guided by seasonal, locally sourced produce. According to their website, Skein is all about letting the best ingredients dictate the offering, which we love to see.
This new arrival follows hot on the heels of other recent openings, including Hemisphere in West Bridgford and Raymond’s, which earned a spot in the Michelin Guide just weeks after opening.
Nottingham’s dining options continue to impress, and we can’t wait to see how Skein makes its mark.
