NEW FEATURE: Photo of the day

This photo (and the ones below) were taken last Monday lunchtime but the Olive Branch was absolutely heaving. The kitchen’s quite small so I was getting under everyone’s feet. Seeing the OB’s kitchen and front-of-house teams in action is a real eye-opener – so much energy, professionalism and dedication, but they all seem to be having fun at the same time. It’s easy to see why Sean Hope’s kitchen has a Michelin star. The Olive Branch is aiming to extend its kitchen soon.
