The Beeley Inn

The Beeley Inn, formerly known as The Devonshire Arms, is a stylish 18th-century inn on the Chatsworth Estate offering award-winning food & drink and 14 rooms.

Owned by the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, this pub has won many accolades over the years. One reason for those trophies is the food, which features plenty of ingredients sourced from Chatsworth Farm Shop. Another is the beer – you’ll find beers from local breweries aplenty.

The pub has three areas: inn, brasserie and terrace-garden. The inn has stone walls, original beams, flagstone floor and wood-burners, creating a welcoming atmosphere all year round. The brasserie is bright and colourful with large windows overlooking the village and stream. And the garden-terrace is a haven for all seasons – sunshine & parasols during warm months, patio heaters & blankets when it’s cooler. The benches at the front of the pub are perfectly placed for a spot of people-watching.

The menu changes with the seasons and offers classic dishes alongside innovative culinary creations. We highly recommend the duck breast with braised chicory and sweet red cabbage – succulent with a delicious jus. The outstanding burgers are another firm favourite.

And if you’re looking for somewhere to stay, there are 14 stylish rooms/suites.
