H. Hellett & Sons Butchers
The Helletts have been trading from the same premises since 1910 in the historic and beautiful town of Kimbolton, once home and prison of Catherine of Aragon.
This generational butcher with Matthew Hellett at the helm provides a full range of high quality meats. Enter the small shop and step back in time to be served from an old butcher’s block; I wonder what stories that could tell!
Behind the shop is the engine room of the operation where, unusually for the 21st century, Hellett’s has its own slaughterhouse. This butcher’s range of high quality meats are sourced from the area’s leading producers and its homemade sausages and burgers are highly recommended – as are the lovely joints for Sunday roasts!
