Liutaio Music Restaurant & Cafe

Mill Road in Cambridge is one of the best spots to enjoy a meal and Liutaio Restaurant & Cafe is, without doubt, one of its most unique offerings. Inspired by ancient tea houses, the food is a fusion of East and West and includes dishes such as Pork Belly & Pickled Pak Choi, Dry Fried Black Bean Chicken and Char-Sui (marinated, barbecued pork) with Pancakes.

However, many vegetarians and vegans choose to dine here because there are so many options – Fry Fried Black Bean Tofu Balls, Soya Seitan Satay Wheat Gluten Skewers and even desserts such as Sweet Crispy Apple Gyoza. The drinks menu is equally as tempting with authentic premium teas that are best enjoyed with Liutaio’s handmade dim-sum – we love the sound of the Kunlun Mountain Snow Black Chrysanthemum tea, in particular.
