The Little Bakery of Happiness is a multi-award-winning gluten-free craft bakery-patisserie in the heart of Northamptonshire.
It produces small-batch, handmade sweet and savoury treats for some of Northamptonshire’s finest coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and catering outlets. It also makes a range of cereals, snacks and pantry products, which you can find in several independent farm shops and delis in Northamptonshire.
Founder Vicky Roberston says: “We’re specialist gluten-free bakers, so we are driven by a belief that good food should be shared. Therefore, everything we produce is not just safe for coeliacs but irresistible to people who don’t have to think about what they eat.”
The Little Bakery of Happiness has won many awards including British Pie Awards, Great Taste Awards, Free From Food Awards, Good Choice! Quality Food Awards and the Carlsberg UK Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards.
