Pizzanini
Pizzanini offers delicious wood-fired pizza on wheels and you’ll often find the restored vintage horsebox parked up in Cambridgeshire. Set up by Alan and Ellie in 2021, popularity grew rapidly and specials would often sell out rather quickly!
The horsebox houses the Valoriani pizza oven which is made in Italy and cooks the perfect, authentic pizza. In addition, Ellie attended a special course with a professional Pizzaiola to learn the techniques and tips to give customers the most delicious pizzas with the finest ingredients. On the menu, you’ll find the classics plus some exciting flavour combinations – Bacon, Brie and Chilli Jam; Turkish-style Lamb with Tahini Yoghurt, Steak and Stilton and more. Pre-order to avoid missing a slice of the action.
