Restaurant Sat Bains isn’t just a restaurant with rooms, it’s a destination, an experience and the stuff memories are made of. It’s been open since 2005 and is run by Sat and Amanda Bains who have more than 65 years’ experience of the hospitality industry between them.
The restaurant has two Michelin stars and the team encompasses more than 40 members including kitchen staff, gardeners and servers, all of whom have been hand picked because they go above and beyond to enhance to customer experience.
If you are lucky enough to get a table (there are just 28 covers), you can enjoy a 10 course tasting menu with dishes that seamlessly fuse seasonality and innovation with taste and texture. The results are sure to delight. Ingredients are sourced from across the globe and wine, sake, spirits and other beverages have been chosen to complement your meal. Presentation is nothing short of perfection and to fully enjoy your evening, we’d recommend a stay in one of the thoughtfully-designed rooms.
