You’re guaranteed good service and excellent meat at this butcher’s shop. Adam and the team can offer expert advice whatever the meal and whatever you’re planning to cook.
The farm’s native cattle breeds – Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and Short Horns – graze locally and all beef is matured for at least three weeks to ensure it is tasty and tender. Beef cuts, including sirloin, topside, and silverside are on offer. Westlands have their own pigs too, raised in straw-bedded barns. The pork is also used in this shop’s popular sausages – gluten-free sausages are available, too. Delicious dry-cured bacon and gammon are expertly produced on-site.
Lamb, poultry and game are sourced from trusted suppliers and the emphasis is always on quality and provenance.
