The Wheel unveils new seasonal menu

Great Food Club member business, The Wheel Inn of Branston in the Vale of Belvoir, has launched a new menu.
Proprietor Tom Wood said: “The choice of main courses has increased from seven to nine or ten and we have introduced a specific lunchtime selection with lighter and more affordable mid-priced dishes. We also now offer a ‘cake of the day’.”
Examples of new menu items include…
* Welsh rarebit, chutney, bitter leaves
* Braised oxtail, parsnip mash, watercress
* Veal schnitzel, winter slaw, chips
* Tartiflette, roast chicory, beetroot
* Frito mist, lemon, aioli
* Roast belly pork, radicchio, hazelnut, mash
