Anoki Derby

Anoki Derby has been a fixture in the city since it first opened in 2003 and following in its success, the team has opened a further two Anoki resturants (in Nottingham and Burton). The word ‘anoki’ is Urdu for ‘unique’ and owner Naveed Khaliq is keen that all diners enjoy an experience they won’t find anywhere else.

People love Anoki for its authentic Indian cuisine and the Derby restaurant is housed in The Old Picture Hall which has so many unique features, most notably, the gilded vaulted ceiling. There’s also a private dining room for special events.

The menu includes mouthwatering dishes such as Chicken Tikka and Tandoori Vegetables, Mirch Masala Chicken and Lamb Desi and the finest ingredients are used to ensure each mouthful is memorable. Vegetarians will have plenty to choose from too, and why not save space for Galab Jumum? These are Indian doughnuts served with kulfi ice cream. Sounds delicious!
