Cakes + Co offers up the most delicious and Instagram-worthy cakes you could imagine, all of which are handmade. The cakery is open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 9am – 4pm, and serves excellent coffee, savouries and of course, plenty of cakes. The celebration cakes are absolute showstoppers and taste as delicious as they look. All can be made gluten-free and there are a couple of vegan options so no one needs to refuse a slice!
Set up by Stewart and Jade in 2019, Cakes + Co is an environmentally-friendly cake shop and was recognised as a Plastic-Free Champion by Plastic Free Stamford. You won’t find plastic bags here – instead, drinks are served in glasses, cans or paper cartons and compostable coffee cups and lids are used for takeaway drinks.
Eggs are always free-range and there’s a focus on local produce and supporting other independent businesses.
