Claybrooke Mill
Claybrooke Mill in Claybrooke Magna is a historic watermill that grinds flour on French Burr Millstones driven by water power.
There is evidence that the mill site may date back more than 1,000 years and possible further due to its proximity to the Roman settlement a mile or so up the road at High Cross – the Roman centre of England.
As well as a range of flours, Claybooke Mill produces breakfast cereals and sells yeasts.
