Set within the National Justice Museum in Nottingham (you don’t need to buy a museum ticket to enter the cafe), Deli-Cious is a chocolate experience unlike any other. There’s a cafe for light bites, a chocolate shop but, best of all, you can learn to make your own chocolates.
Each three-hour class is led by an experienced chocolatier and while you’re there, you’ll learn everything you need to know to make delicious chocolates and take the results home with you (if they last that long!).
The class includes how to temper chocolate; create chocolate lollipops; truffle making; piping techniques and much more. And if you really get the taste for the craft of chocolate making, you can purchase some equipment and carry on at home. Group bookings are particularly popular and it’s the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion.
