Dolce Delia in Hoddesdon, is a genuine local treasure with loyal customers, and with good reason. This Sicilian-run artisan bakery and patisserie is located on an industrial estate on the edge of town. But for those that know it, or work locally, it’s a gem. Delia Mannoni is the director of Dolce Delia and it’s been family-run since 2018.
Whether you’re popping in for a coffee and a croissant before work, or grabbing a brew and a cannoli mid-morning, the service is excellent and the food divine. There are also plenty of savoury options available too. Choose from Italian classics such as arancini, pastas, lasagne or big slices of tray pizza.
But Dolce Delia is more than that, you can also order food for delivery or takeaway or request an amazing bespoke cake or sweet treats for a special occasion.
